This is a self-help book, based on the concept of understanding 'present'. It helps us to understand the importance of present reality. 

The book is not that easy, it requires a proper focus to understand each concept. The author has done a really 
good research in writing this book. This types of book needs lot of time and research so I appreciate the author for providing this book.

It's quite long and informative read. The language is easy to understand yet some concepts need proper attention, writing style is good, cover is simple and attractive. If you are a non-fiction reader, then this book is for you. Grab this informative book!
